"I am always, I mean always busy. Work, appointments, gym, grocery shopping, etc., it just seems like there isn't enough time to just relax. Maybe 2 hours when I get home if that and then to bed and up at 4:30am and do it all over again. Groundhog day! That being said, for me to sit down and write a review for ANYONE, it must be a real good reason or real bad. In this case my hats off to John Edgar's State Farm Insurance/Finance in Chino. I am a very Loyal Customer, Friend, Employee, as long as I am treated nice, I usually do not mooch about price. I was in retail for Automotive business and other retail for many years. I learned from every single type of Customer you can imagine. OK, on with this, I have been a John Edgar State Farm Customer for ??? 6 years or so and I could not recommend or say enough Positive things about them. Joyce Zazueta is the Amazing, Cheerful and Professional Agent that always takes care of me, whether it's a visit at the office or a phone call, when and if I leave her a message, she always calls back within a reasonable time ( I know I'm not the only Customer ) with Good news or a way to find a solution to WHATRVER it is I need with my Insurance. I have a car and a Harley. Now talking price, ( I do have a great Driving record ) Nobody can match it, thats including the Tremendous Service I get, either by phone, E-mail or in person, yes, i talk to a Real person with a smile and maybe a few laughs! That's my Insurance Agent. She's the Absolute Best. I totally recommend them! You'll get the Awesome Company of State Farm backing you, and out of this World, top quality Service! A No Brainer folks. Yes, you might find a tad Cheaper with some others but good luck if you do and let me know what Service you'll get, AI!! Please hold, a Customer representative will be right with you, 40 minutes later. I called others because WE are living through some very difficult times, and I assure you, I got nothing but a headache. Hope this helps. Thank you"
